COVID 19 Update: July 23 - License/Registration & Permit Renewal

Good evening Industry Partners, yesterday Mayoral Executive Order 134 was issued which removed DOB licenses/registrations and permits from automatic extensions of their expiration date.

All licenses/registrations and permits issued by DOB with an original expiration date on or after August 7, 2020 will expire on that original expiration date per the Mayoral Executive Order.

Licenses/registrations and permits that were automatically extended pursuant to prior Executive Orders and Local Law 57 of 2020 will expire based on a rolling schedule detailed in the attached Service Notice.

Do not wait till the last minute. We strongly encourage you to renew you licenses/registrations and permits ASAP.

As always, feel free to reach out to Bella or myself with any questions.

Be safe,

Patrick A. Wehle
