January 25, 2021: City Council Resiliency and Waterfronts Committee Hearing (deferred from Jan. 11)

Please be advised that the Committee on Resiliency and Waterfronts originally scheduled hearing on January 11, 2021 at 10:00am is deferred. The new hearing date is scheduled for January 25, 2021 at 10:00am regarding “Int. No. 2092A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to climate resiliency design guidelines and resiliency scoring, Int. No.__ A Local Law to amend the New York city building code, in relation to additional freeboard for structures in the floodplain and Res. No. 1389 Resolution calling upon the United States Congress to restore funding to the United States Army Corps of Engineers' New York-New Jersey Harbor and Tributaries Focus Area Feasibility Study, and the States of New York and New Jersey to advance their shares of the next phase of funding to revive the study until it is fully restored by the Congress.

You are hereby invited to attend this hearing and testify therein. Each person who intends on testifying live should register separately. Persons who do not register in advance will not be permitted to testify live via video conferencing.
