May 4, 2021, at 10:30am: Committee on Housing and Buildings Hearing Invite


Please be advised that the Committee on Housing and Buildings will hold a hearing on Tuesday, May 4, at 10:30am virtually, via Zoom-Webinar, during which the Committee will hear the following legislation:

· Int. No. 354 (Rosenthal), A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to penalties forthe unauthorized alteration or demolition of a premises calendared by the landmarks preservation commission

· Int. No. 1127 (Holden), A Local Law to amend the administrativecode of the city of New York, in relation to expediting permits

· Int. No. 1366 (Moya), A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring certain insurance filings with the department of buildings

· Int. No. 1635 (Cumbo), A Local Law to amend the New York citycharter and the New York city building code in relation to the display of artwork on temporary protective structures on construction sites

· Int. No. 1667 (Levin), A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring contractorsand the department of buildings to make information regarding environmental monitoring of construction work publicly available

· Int. No. 1737 (Rivera), A Local Law to amend the administrativecode of the city of New York, in relation to after hours work authorization

· Proposed Int. No. 1939-A (Maisel), A Local Law to amend the New York city building code, in relation to requiring standby power for nursing homes, adult homes, enriched housing and certain living facilities

You are hereby invited to attend this hearing and testify therein.
