New York City Council / Environmental Protection Committee Hearing / November 17, 2021

Please be advised that the Committee on Environmental Protection will hold a hearing on November 17, 2021 at 12pm EST, virtually via Zoom-Webinar regarding the following:
  • Oversight: Building Electrification

  • Intro. No. 2317: A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the use of substances with certain emissions profiles.

  • Intro. No. 2091: A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to studying the feasibility of electrifying existing buildings.

  • Intro. No. 2196: A Local Law in relation to a study of the health impacts from gas stoves.

You are hereby invited to attend this hearing and testify therein. If you are planning on testifying live via video conferencing, please register at https://council.nyc.gov/testify/ no later than 24 hours before the hearing. Each person who intends on testifying live should register separately. Persons who do not register in advance will not be permitted to testify live via video conferencing.
