On Friday, November 12th, property owners in New York City are invited to join us for a live DOB webinar event, providing a deep dive into how to resolve specific OATH summonses issued by DOB, including work without a permit issues and illegal conversions. This educational webinar, presented by DOB staff, will provide information about certifying the correction of these kinds of violations, so owners can avoid additional summonses and penalties.
